At Left-Handed Sisters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of “The Animal Adventure: Animal Stories from A to Z, Coloring, and Challenges (Bilingual Edition).” If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refunds & Returns Policy will guide you through the process for returns and obtaining refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- 30-day return window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product.
If your product meets these conditions, you are eligible to return it for a refund.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products: Products that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned for a refund.
- Digital products: Any downloadable digital content, such as eBooks or digital coloring pages, cannot be returned or refunded once accessed.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
- Return authorization: After receiving your return request, we will review it and send you an email with further instructions, including the return shipping address. Please wait for this email before returning the product.
- Ship the product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include any documentation, such as the order confirmation. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product is returned safely.
- Return acceptance: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return via email.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Original shipping costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs: You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
5. Damaged or Defective Products

- Photos of the product showing the issue
We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, depending on the situation.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item following the return process outlined above and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
